On April 23rd, the “Kommersant” publishing company and the Digital October Center presented a business forum entitled “Telecom 2013: Opportunities for Growth” where Mikhail Shekhovtsov, Managing Director of Media projects, J’son & Partners Consulting, presented his report: «Future direction of the telecommunications industry».
The event focused on the telecommunications market, and, more specifically, the issues involved in building a legislative and technical base for the further development of the industry in Russia.
